I have CRPS/RSD.. I started having heart palpitations that lasted for hours every day, for several weeks,. After many tests, , my cardiologist told me that the CRPS was affecting my vagus nerve and that was causing heart palpitations, and I I would just have to live with it.
My daughter was in a store and came across the vagus nerve oil and the pillow spray. Anytime that I can feel the palpitations start. I use the nerve oil and palpitations stop . I use the pillow spray every night This is not medical advice , it’s just my experience with this product.

This is a fantastic set, worth the money for overall wellness. I love the scent too! The book is very informative. I do the ritual every nite with my oil and pillow spray & I sleep so much better. I purchased the travel set because I dont want to be without this and I don't sleep well away from home. The travel set has helped me as well!
