Lightly massage in a circular motion along both sides of your neck. Follow by gently rubbing behind earlobes.
Vagus Nerve Bath Oil (1 fl oz)
Fill bath with water. Generously pour onto surface of water and gently swirl.

I have CRPS/RSD.. I started having heart palpitations that lasted for hours every day, for several weeks,. After many tests, , my cardiologist told me that the CRPS was affecting my vagus nerve and that was causing heart palpitations, and I I would just have to live with it.
My daughter was in a store and came across the vagus nerve oil and the pillow spray. Anytime that I can feel the palpitations start. I use the nerve oil and palpitations stop . I use the pillow spray every night This is not medical advice , it’s just my experience with this product.

I absolutely love the roll-on vagus nerve oil is easy to apply and carry it around. Many folks have complimented me on the smell and felt calm after application.
I do use the bath oil quite regularly and often times i just use it directly on my skin when I am not in the mood to draw a bath.
The pillow mist is still a bit question mark for me! I dont think it's a necessary product. As it comes with the travel set, i tend to use it and the fragrance is not long lasting.
